What information do I need?+
Your product or service, quantity where applicable, service location and contact details. LPG and EV requests require their own compatibility details.
Is submitting a request a confirmed delivery?+
No. Coverage, safety, product availability and fulfilment capacity must be confirmed. Follow the status in your account.
Where does the price come from?+
Eligible priced products use the configured tariff and quote service. The quote shows its source, applicable fees and expiry. If pricing is unavailable, the interface must say so.
Will I see live GPS tracking?+
The current service shows confirmed workflow updates. A moving driver position or ETA is only appropriate when a reliable location integration is available.
